Reflections

Reflections™ is a series of public programmes designed for the individual who is taking on important challenges or facing difficult decisions in his/her career.

Aimed mainly at those who are in, entering or leaving managerial positions, Reflections™  offers the opportunity for the individual to consider workplace or quality of life challenges or decisions in a setting that is safe, secure and supportive.

While the majority of training and development programmes provide information and techniques which might be employed in the workplace, Reflections™ guides and encourages delegates to think about and focus on their own attitudes, values and mindsets and to consider how these might help or hinder their success in meeting  the challenges they face.

These public programmes are held in a quiet location and led by highly experienced tutors and facilitators who are skilled in helping people look at the challenges or decisions they face and to consider them in the context of the views and opinions of great thinkers, leaders and philosophers who have considered similar issues before.

These programmes are highly interactive in nature and will challenge delegates, through the use of facilitation, games and group exercises, to take different perspectives on personal challenges.

The Reflections™ programme is designed to leave a lasting impact on the individual and to leave them better informed about how they might manage themselves as well as others. Coaching support is included and is provided to all delegates when they return to their workplaces.
